This is our worst May and or Month ever.

My God it has been slow around here. Looking forward to June.
I have everything done around the house now boredom sets in. Well, I guess I can dust off the old fishing rod. Wait for fish to bite and people to call.

The last 2 weeks have been good. Pushed us all hard. Now slowing down again. I am not looking forward to next month, due to fuel prices going back up. Was told by next month price will be around 3.00 per gallon. Last time fuel went up every one around here put off repairs.

I couldn't be busier, can hardly keep up. Did a full day today on Saturday, put in a new tub, tub shower valve, removed the drum trap, installed new trap, waste and overflow, replaced water service valve and scheduled more work in the same home for Tuesday.
Wednesday is almost full, Thursday is full, Friday have three service calls scheduled. Next weekend I'm going fishing. Lot's of retired folks up here with money, lot's of tourists with second homes. Sorry some of you are so slow, I could use some help up here if anyone is interested. Would need to be able to register as a journeyman in Mn. Have to have background in new construction and remodel and at least 10 years in service. ;-)

I've hired my share of idiots in the past, never again. I won't hire someone unless they have proof of going through an apprenticeship program and at least 5 years of experience on their own, 10 years total. No, it's not a lot to ask. Would you hire someone with less?

I prefer to hire green and send them to apprentice school. That way I can mold them from the start and not have to deal with bad habits and other issues. 9 out of 13 plumbers in our shop have started their careers in our shop.

While I am down for this month i am up for the year so far, thats why I;m not worried and was happy to have the time to get some other stuff done. maybe I can get some time to put my laptop stand in my truck.
Same here I have been doing more than last year. I just hate being slow takes away the little extra a made a few months ago.

Most guys around here that have that much experience, are usually Master Plumbers. Good luck finding someone with that much experience that would be willing to work on a part time basis, for less than what he is worth!!!!!!!!

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black! WOW,, how's the new 411plumb.com website doing redwood? Man, you sure have a lot of time on your hands. I see you posting at all hours during the weekdays, do you even work anymore? Or is it just your mission to help out folks over the internet while pouring another high ball?
You keep saying you're not interested and yet you keep replying over and over again?
