I really dig the trap wrap on no bursts. Lol no mixing valve but we got trap wrap. And oh yeah you won’t hurt yourself wheelchair guy on the supplies but don’t bump the stick or you’ll get a lap full of lav.
Maybe he tells your fortune by reading the turd stains in your toilet...

Well, first we though the “u-bend” was leaking and my husband was able to fix that. But then we found out the valves were leaking. He found some that would work, but I think they’re not the right ones.

It would of been a soap test! She was a 2+ hours drive to another town. The picture I received was very dark and didn't see it at first, I brightened it up for the forum. I'm glad I saw that otherwise I would of been in huge trouble. All she wanted was to fix the p-trap leak, pump pipe for the tub drain, check out the galv adapter. The freaking ceiling is plywood!! Opening a can of worms and becoming responsible forever. NO!!!
Saw a guy in fb marketplace trying to sell his tankless because he said he wasn’t getting enough hot water from it, and even before they took it out he wasn’t getting enough hot water, hence why they put in the tankless. I called him and said something is probably wrong. Anyway, I went over and saw this abortion. His “dads friend” put it in. Gave him a quote of $1200 to Repipe the mess. His chief complaint was a shower not getting hot water. So, I just changed the cartridge
