Is the house all galvi?

 

Just that nipple and tee are galvanized..
the rest is copper.
They were added by a landscaper at least 10 Years Ago.
Long Beach City Water, the build up was rock hard... strange.

 

Lansing water is really good but I only see that in 100+y/o whole house galvi. Odd. Dissimilar metal reaction?

 

Back siphonage ? Maybe left a hose in something over a period of time. If it was all galvy I could see chunks, but all copper is weird.

It’s been removed and now it’s just a loop.
So it could possibly be resin...
