Agreed. Does lowes even honor craftsmans lifetime warranty they’ve always had? Have you seen their cordless tools? They look like toys.

You have to contact Craftsman directly now for warranty claims.

I see their power tools as a Ryobi competitor as the price points are similar. Decent for homeowners and weekend warriors. Maybe some pros like the crews that assemble and install office furniture?
