That's a part of the bootleg lock I'm making for the rollup rear door. That 3/4" pipe goes through the bulkhead behind the drivers seat. There's going to be a piece of 3/4"
bar stock that slides into the pipe, into the metal plate bolted to the door.

Yeah I'm sure it happens in RI too, less frequently than cutting padlocks though.

I just wanted to do something to make it a little harder for the scumbags.

I got tired of using tool bags and started to use this packout setup I made myself. Always organized and easy to tell if I am missing a tool before packing up. It's the basic set that goes in on all jobs and does like 95% of all work. The messy box is most of my specialty tools that i dont use too much so I don't want to bring them in and just grab the tool I need from the box on the van. This exact setup has served me well for 3 years now. Even use it to stand on when I need an extra inch or two. View attachment 137325

That's a little much even for my OCD ass. Haha

Make sure your tools are completely dry or I bet they'll rust all to hell with a quickness in that foam.
