What is this for? It's on a under sink water treatment system. I plugged it into my iPod and played smoke on the water. It seemed to like it.any ideas?
some RO units had a battery pack that was then wired to the the faucet for the RO. The faucet had a green and red light that told you when to change the filters(s).
Been a while since I have seen one.
Some I saw did. They were some of the original RO units that were sold by the big boxes.
A kinda pseudo flow meter :whistling2: purely a gimmick me thinks.
Come to think of it, i have installed one with a flow meter, but it was like a box with an inlet and outlet and remote mount display. No wire went into the supply line. Long time ago though. I'm sure each manufacturer would have a different method to their madness.
