Tools you want

I need some 10-12” pipe wrenches. Mine have grown legs I guess.

I’d like a thermal imager. A nice one but I’m too cheap

Please, no jetter talk. It’s really not attractive.

I use red thread locker on the acorn nut and finish the bolt off with cheap bolt cutters that more so pinch it then cut it, but it works.

Pretty good deal if you have prime shipping like Terry do

I was joking of course. Prime doesn’t mean what It used to around here. Prime means you might get it in a week. But; the new distribution center here opens around spring time. Maybe that will change.

It still free if you don’t count the prime fee. I buy a lot of stuff so it worth it to Terry. Amazon truck stops erry day where Terry stay
yea, mine too. and the boxes cant make it another 15 ft to the recycle bin, they get piled up right outside the garage door. Then RSP gets to deal with it when he gets home. Break them down, shove them in an already packed recylce bin, carboard sticking 15feet higher than the lid every tuesday morning out by the street. good times.

I want a spare bucket head (bucketmax) vacuum but they are discontinued!!! I got conned a few months ago on amazon, I bought 2 but never received them, after some digging that's what the seller does sells a bunch of stuff he doesn't have, good thing amazon refunded me.

If anyone finds 1 or 2 of them please let me know!

Home Depot has them. Bought 1 a few weeks ago for one of the techs. Awesome for toilet change outs.
Your friend has shared a link to a Home Depot product they think you would be interested in seeing.

I dont want anymore tools at all. If I were in the position i hope to one day achieve, i'd never pick up another tool again. Unless its to repair a rod or reel. That would be it.

I think Rocky wears this tool vest when he runs service once a month. 😐

I do. I like laying on the ground reaching down to repair a deep water main. I like the way all the random tools poke me in the chest and stomach while in that position. It turns me on. I load it down with pipe wrenches and wear it on my evening 2 mile walks also.

Has a pocket for cpvc so I thought you’d have one. 👍
CPVC is awesome, quick, cheap, dependable, long lasting. Did i mention we get to use fittings in the slab also? It's pretty neat.

You know for the better part of my career we didn’t buy or use any fancy tools. My father and grandfather grew up in harder times and they only bought what they had to. So that means they worked harder but kept more money.

Boy how things have changed. My dad said they thought they had hit the big time when they bought chain cutters instead of cuttting clay with chisels. And when they got electric drills and saws to to rough in’s.
My first few years plumbing in my 19-22 yrs we didn’t get chipping hammers and jackhammers. We got handed sledge hammers and chisels.
