you sure did friend. With a different POS. 😂
Um yeah, ok.

I greased the handle and the handle set screw.

greased the coated cartridge nut.

It works perfect and I can get replacement cartridges a mile down the street on Saturday and Sunday’s.

No cartridge puller needed, period.

Here’s a “ Bald Cypress “. It loves water. It loves water so much it can grow in the water. It can grow out of the water.

They’re great for business.
Plant Mammal Road surface Grass Asphalt

They’re kinda “ rooty “

These trees and with some of the highest rainfall amounts in the US, I see a lot of sink holes from roots breaking sewers or bad joints.

Today the toilet was clogged in the bowl, just paper. I replaced the ballcock.

Replaced the garbage disposal, the old one didn’t have the ground connected. I checked the ground and it was in fact a ground, so it was connected at the other end.
Same lady had a Union Brass wall mount faucet. I repaired it and ordered her some new handles, they looked bad but work.

Rohl hose replacement was simple. It’s still a POS for many reasons.

Kitchen faucet replacement was simple. Replaced the stop valves also.

Easy profitable day.

I have a tub & shower valve to replace today and a few toilets to repair. I’m sure someone else will call or the customers will add a few things for me to do

Plenty of easy work. Taking tomorrow off to get prepared for next week and take my wife to lunch.

I have almost a full week next week scheduled. I try to leave a day open for me to goof off or for semi emergency’s.
