Hello everyone. This is my first post.
I currently own a tankless HWH which I am replacing soon. I have a few questions related to the new unit.
1. My municipality provides 7 CW natural gas pressure for my residential line. If I buy a tankless HWH that is rated for 8 CW, will it run?
2. How often do I REALLY need to descale the tankless HWH with white vinegar? I have a 2-person household.
3. For how long do I run the descaling process? What will happen if I run the descaling process longer?

You got a PM you are not allowed to post unless you are a pro plus it's clearly stated all over the place.

Please don't kick my butt, I am sensitive and sh*t. I just learnt that CW means Column of Water. Sorry for the intrusion.

I picked up that dual port fieldpiece counter weight that reads in #’s or “ of W.C. Very happy with it.

A lot of 2# gas systems here

Find a plumber that you can trust in your area and develop a relationship. You and your plumbing will benefit.

Have a great night, stay healthy.

Factory defect. They had me check everything 10 times before they disclosed that they’ve had problems with this particular model. Tech support was absolutely a bunch of clowns.
I hope you told them phuck you I am going to schit talk navien for life now. They should have disclosed that upfront, phuck them.
