All the other plumbers here refuse to work on Mobile homes.
Around here most mobiles are old screwed up some drunk installed plumbing, or just to dam cold out to work on them. I was one of the only service companies to work on them.
Not like I would lose any profits at the end of the year If I stop working on them. Maybe my body, mind and blood pressure would gain a year or two of servise life.

I'm kinda fed up with them. They don't want to fix it rite, No money, some really filthy. I can see why all the other local plumbers don't work on them any more. Some are so bad it would be cheaper to burn it and buy a new one.

I'm just done crawling around under them no access to drains, All they say is I can't afford that. Just not worth the time and effort.
I'll most likely still service them just venting out loud. been one of those days

In this county there are 18000 homes and 6000 are mobile homes. Water repairs with the infamous sharkbite thats not rated for pb takes some of the sting out, problems with straps breaking and mis-pitched drain lines are a nice add on taking some of the sting out, having someone else do it for you takes some of the sting out. Right now any work (within reason) takes some of the sting out.

I hear you brother.

Very slow May here to. Hate to give up any kind of jobs but those things are killing me.

Have no problem with the newer double wides not to many around here. Just the older mobiles Everything I see is hack after hack. We got about 15,000 to 20,000 homes maybe 500 mobiles.
I have one of the best excuses "I"m too fat to fit under there"
