You can see the hole right there by the h someone wrote on pipe,just a hot water line coming off water heater

You could probably just slap some hydraulic cement on that bad boy and be back in action in no time. 🤣

Take some gauze dip it in concrete mix & water and wrap it.

duct tape works almost as well as hydraulic cement..

You could use some braising rod and cover up the hole

I would use a pex coupling and two pex crimp rings.

Then list it as a temporary emergency repair and advise a pipe replacement.
