It was the typical picture of a shower control with the trim plate off, she was asking what “part adaptor” she needed, cuz she tried googling it with the colour of the cartridge and couldn’t find any info.

Like the guy who call me on friday, he ordered a boutique faucet cartridge (a brand that can leak inside the wall and not know it until the ceiling collapses, he got the wrong one and after messing around with it it was leaking. He wanted to buy a part from me, F-that then he asked how much for the call, nope he lives 1.5 hours away on dirt/snow roads and I know I'd get stuck between 2 hills unable to climb it and get back home.
