Good looking site Rockstar!
I'd do 2 things on that coupon...
Drop the savings to 10% (10% is often enough to make them bite without killing your profit) with a specified maximum so they don't pull it out thinking they are going to get $1000 off on a $10,000 sewer replacement...
Don't require the competitors bill for elligability. Use your own records to determine if you have serviced the customer before. Do you really want them to have to use a competitor to get a bill so they can use your coupon...
Don't those bullets make me look freakin smart!
One of the things I learned in marketing, is coupons with a percentage off gets over looked for the coupons with a dollar amount off. If you offer them 10% off or $10 off they will pick the $10 off 99% of the time even if the 10% off is a better savings. They say its because people are not sure how much 10% will get them off but with a dollar amount the know right away what they are going to save.
Looks real good. I would have the site guy to your coupon as an Img and pop up in the new window instead of a PDF. Some people do not have Acrobat installed and will not see your PDF file. I know lots of people that do not install all the plugins needed to view files like that, just because they feel its stuff they do not need.
