Welcome Pat, I noticed on your web site that you install Easy Water. Do these work as well as a softener?
Good afternoon and thanks for the welcome. We do install Freije Easywater electronic water conditioners and also traditional salt/potassium water softeners. Conditioners and softeners are different in my opinion. The Easywater works well for it's intended purpose but it is not a softener. We offer both options to the customer after finding out what their needs/concerns are.
The Easywater prevents scale build up and also removes existing scale buildup on pipes, faucets, plumbing fixtures, water heaters and tankless water heaters. It doesn't use salt and it doesn't waste water regenerating. It also doesn't put sodium into the water.
So it all comes down to what the customer wants out of a system. Only then can we provide the best option for them.
