I hear that.
I used to work Metro Housing in Toronto, it wasnt nearly as bad as some places in the US but yes we had to keep a constant eye on out tools/equipment/trucks or they “would grow legs” and walk away.

Who knows..
I knew a plumber who worked at an old age home, he told me about a guy he worked with(a caretaker) who was a crackhead, who was fired cuz he was caught stealing soiled diapers.

Father in law in a highrise condo would often take trips around the world, they had to tell management they were leaving and every time upon arrival he noticed his medication would disapear. It took years before anyone would listen. It was surely the Janitor who had master keys.

Welcome aboard, great to have you. Be careful in those confined quarters.

Do you use oxygen sensors? Men have gone down into confined spaces and you are breathing in but it's not oxygen. Some gases are heavier than oxygen {like propane} and the heavier gas will sink down into a confined space displacing the oxygen. So the men think that everything is alright until they pass out. If the workers above ground don't notice, the men in the hole can die.

We had supplied air to going to a full face sealed mask crawling thru this main. This main was more dangerous being it was a combined system with the storm. So if a car parks and idles near a grate it would pump the CO right into it. We do have monitors too, thanks for the concern.
