same. Unless its a delta or a moen that's fairly new.I almost never work on lavvy or kitchen faucets, 99 percent I replace with new if they are having issues.
TerryI can repair or replace, it’s the customers choice. Some faucets are worth repairing, some are not.
You don’t service them? You hooked me up in 2016 and I still appreciate your help with it. Thank you again.Terry
We don't do service (unless there's a gun at our head). If you were local, you'd be my go to.
I can't imagine selling something so expensive to a customer and not servicing it. Reminds me of all the 'Water Conditioning Specialists" who charge someone thousands of dollars and then are never heard from again when the customer needs it fixed a couple years later.Terry

That faucet is likely 800$ to 1200$ and is most definitely worth fixing. Most higher end two handle faucets use almost identical ceramic stems and almost always common size orings. Most faucets are just so cheaply made they dont hold up afyer a rebuild

How often do you fix faucets?
Do you drive an open body pickup and work on mostly modular homes?Almost never, unless they are high end i wont even entertain the idea

Let me clarify. Generally, after warranty, we don't service. I try to link up the HOs with a colleague.I can't imagine selling something so expensive to a customer and not servicing it. I get it, you're a new construction company. I just couldn't do the same. I assume you will come repair/replace something within a warranty period?
