Wow looks so clean and new! All my camera and locator stuff are still new, some, my microdrain still has the sticker on the camera and never used. My camera and locator used only once in like 2 years. No one wants to pay for the service!

I have everything in that case except the sonde and use it all pretty regularly. Works pretty good once you get the hang of it.

Yep, Emerson electronics makes great locating equipment.

There, I fixed it for you ;) Ridgid doesn't make electrical/electronics. Emerson is also the oem for milwaukee cordless stuff.

Ridgid has made some great tools and some of their stuff is still pretty good but if you look at their stuff from the last 30 years it's not as good as the old stuff. Like the pipe wrenches, thicker frames because they are made from cheaper, lower temp casting steel. The pipe cutters have looser fits on the frame pieces.

Not saying they're worse than any other company. Channellocks have gotten thicker than a snicker too.

plumber geek, thats actually an amazing price and I saw you want to sell because of being broke down but that equipment can get you locating anything and it's physically easy to do. Check out some videos on youtube and maybe holding onto can help you out more in the long run. Good luck to you.

Broke down body not brain! I have owned my own business for 22 years now and I certainly know how to locate. I don't do sewer calls anymore so I am going to sell all that gear.

i dont blame you for selling . i sub that stuff out. i cant justify the money invested for the return. nor can i justify the cost of a camera or a jetter. thats a whole other business. you cant do it all. whats next, a vac truck. shoot might as well start pumping septics and renting port a potties. i do what i do and sub out the other stuff.

I understand where you’re coming from, but inspecting, locating and jetting is huge part of my business. And highly profitable. Since the end of March it’s damn near all I’ve done. Every day.
