If yall were asked to re pipe a house knowing the main is lead pipe from the meter what would you do? I have a GC who wants me to re pipe DWV and supply to a house with a lead main line. I told him to replace the main. Not sure if he will, so Im thinking to put in the estimate that I will run the main to outside and others to connect to the main. Thoughts??

Not taking on that responsibility. No. I will run the line to +/- 3 feet outside the building then state that "Others to connect to main line"
