Water is only coming out of the high pressure hose accessory and not my kitchen faucet when I turn on the water for the kitchen faucet. Thinking that the switch was stuck, I removed the head assembly from the high pressure hose accessory and water still only comes out of the hose and not the faucet. If I cap the hose, some water will come out of the faucet. What is going on here? Thanks
