I am getting back into service work after concentrating on new construction for some time. Do you have a checklist that you work off of when doing inspections etc? I had a HO call me today to say that her home inspector suggested that her plumbing was not up to code and needed immediate attention.
Now, I am more than competant to inspect her home, no issues there. But I want to be able to have a checklist that I can mark up and show the customer after I am done. I find visual aids help alot when explaining what I have found. I am working on one right now, but would hate to miss anything.
Anybody have one to share?

For you guys that do service work. look into what your state requires to be a home inspector, in most states it is nothing more than a license fee with no test. Being a home inspector gives you another area to make money in, and it can help your plumbing business.
