Hi, I am looking the brand or model of this: Mixing (hot / cold water) and transfer valve, any signs of brand or model on it, can anybody help me?

That's the logo of the "Uniform & Patel Plumbing Products Co." based in Bangalore.

The UP stands for Upper Penninsula Foundry. They were made in Michigan, on the UP. You can still find a few at the supply houses if you ask around.
