Howdy, I have some residential, service, and a lot of commercial experience.
Mostly helping plumb IHC's new hospitals. I have started a service plumber co. I am a great plumber but that does not help me at all if I cant get jobs. Are there time proven best ways to get a piece of the market and get established? All I need is to get some work coming in and my customer service and animal magnitisum :thumbup:will keep the ball rolling.

Any good sugjestions are deeply apreciated.

I always used the section in the local paper, Under the heading Plumbing/trades , about 75% of my calls came from there and the rest were word of mouth and the listing in the local phone book, the listing in the phone book was just the one they gave you for the number no special big ad ,Also see if you have any local on line forums you can put an ad in at no charge .
I did notice in the local paper before I placed my ad none of the plumbers advertised in it now theres 3 or 4 so your competition will rise this way to but know different from the phone book .

4. Free news paper ad for business start up its a human interest story

9. A well lettered van gas, mileage and more time
10. You have to spend money to make money
Skills don't bring jobs these days. A good name and a lot of money in advertising Skills need not apply nice to have but its all falls to determination, money and luck
