As you can tell by my post, I’m not much of a talker. I threw this up because the sites rules said to. 😂😂

Generally a new member will state a few details about his/ her years in the trade, type of plumbing that they do, etc etc.

but happy to have a new member. They come and go here a lot.

Are dry vents allowed in a DWV system or a Grease waste system

Whats the center line measurement of an ADA toilet off the side wall

whats the maximum height to the top rim of an ADA lavatory

What device do you use on a commercial lavatory to regulate hot water temp

T/F, A 3" DWV tee can be layed on its side for an underground branch.

What Device would you use to regulate pressure changes caused by heating water?

T/F Delta products are absolute garbage

Give yourself some credit. You're not such a bad writer after all.
You've got lots of carpentry as well as MEP experience.
You should be teaching architectural or project management courses.
What you have, those people need.

Good answers. Welcome. Delta is garbage.
We’re not allowed dry vents here, and our toilets have to be 17-18 to center.

I have been told by apprentices that I’m a great teacher because I’m patient and most importantly I don’t talk to people like a POS. Your suggestion is something I’ve considered in the future after I blow my knees/back out 😂😂😂. As for now, those union paychecks are too good to give up.
