Watch for wildlife too, trying not to scratch the truck until the new one comes in, hit a fully grown Tom turkey. Need a hood now.

The first plumbing company I worked for in Michigan hired this guy my buddy’s deer camp. One day I stopped by a convenient store on the way home and saw him mixing a 20oz coke and whiskey 50/50. He was on his way to a main line.
After I left he had a dui and totaled his truck. Two weeks later he got a dui in the work truck, and get this, boss man paid to put a breathalyzer in his work truck. Three years later he was playing maintenance guy at one of the worst apartment buildings in the city.

It's nice having a big chrome METAL bumper on the work truck. Unlike all the cars that I see with plastic bumpers wrapped around styrofoam.
I was at a complete stop, checked both mirrors, then felt a bump.
My wife’s’09 journey, probably worth $3k at best is more expensive to insure than my power wagon or my cube. Insurance isn’t based on the value, but the safety.

A DASH CAM is a wise idea that I keep putting off...

I have been thinking about getting the dash cam for my truck... never needed it yet but
always thought for the money it might be a wise investment for the day some dumbass
does something stupid and tries to pin it on my company...

they are as cheap as 40 dollars

And the other party can subpoena your video to incriminate you instead because you were outside the speed limit, outside some white line etc. It's a double edge thing.

Pulling out of my driveway last week with my cube. I have to pull forward to see past my neighbor’s porch. I come to the sidewalk, stop, look right, left to see some stupid old lady with the absolute look off horror on her face!

That ain't nothin! I had a giant turkey fly off a ledge and into the upper passenger side corner of my windshield at 65mph! Totally shattered that half of my windshield and there's still a touch of a dent in the pillar/roof.

My dad who was driving has hit two. First one did 15k damage to moms charger. He’s not going to be allowed to drive the new work truck.

Years ago my Master was sitting at a red light. Women had a heartache and plowed into the cube. He was awarded a hero’s recognition because his truck stopped the on coming car from hitting a bus full of kids. He declined the honor as he was just sitting at a red light and didn’t do anything. The family of the heartache victim tried to sue my Master for her death. Didn’t go anywhere.
