I did a two night job last week and told this jack of all trades that I make 66 bucks an hour for night work. This guy basically sets tile and FRP panels and stainless kitchen equipment in restaurants. He can also change faucets and install compression fittings. I wouldn't call what he does soldering, but he does. Now he told his boss that since he plumbs, he should get paid the same as me. His boss told me that every job the guy has done in the last 4 months has had a callback. If I had that track record, I would be down the road.

The classic "I should get as much as a pro" thing. Humpf! Well, let them run into some of our situations, then we will see if he is fit to make as much as a pro!
