Would anyone be able to share the legal wording that goes on the back of a plumbing invoice?
I know every state is different but I need an idea on where to start.
I have ordered and use NEBS but they dont have one to put on the back.
I would need one that has drain cleaning since I just added that to my services.

Thanks
Ray

For drain cleaning, I don't think you need anything.

I don't know of any laws that are important for drain cleaning. In California, we don't need a contractor's license for drain cleaning. The onlly thing I think you need is your guarantee, bad check charges, and maybe some things to limit your liability. I thought I posted copies of my 8 page contract someplace in a forum. I will look and see if I can find it. You can cut and paste from my contract because it is on an MS Word file.
