If they're 3/8" npt I'd venture a guess they're ballcock supply adapters.

Those leak plugs/caps are meant for tanks which I am sure you know, BUT you can drill a 1" hole in a drain pipe to run the camera and patch it with one of those. I always keep a couple on the van.

Meter nipples, though I can't remember ever seeing them chrome plated.

That's why I said ballcock supply adapters. Also, look at the thread pitch, seems too fine to be 1/2" or 3/4".

they look like meter nipples. I only say that because it looks like there is a nut there in the drawer that would go with them.

That one nut in the middle, right in front of one of the chrom nipples? It appears to be on a 1/4"mpt x 1/2" supply adapter.
