I just recently had new countertops installed, and well, somehow, during the installation of the new kitchen sink, the main drain on my plumbing got broken. How should I go about fixing this? Is there a connection I can use? The opening from outside edge to edge is 2 1/4". Any advice would be greatly appreciated. See pictures for reference.

Whenever you use your sink, I would suck the water while it drains, then turn around and blow it into the broken drain pipe.
