I just install a 3 compartment sink and heat up the fitting
get my torch and heat up ABS FEMALE ADAPTER enough to soften the fitting.
it helps and you can continue with ABS SCH 40

A real plumber who does real kitchen commercial will throw those included POS basket strainers in the garbage where they belong and provide and install a T&S or B&K trip lever waste drain that will accept a 2” female or 1-1/2” male with no problems at all. I have ran into a 3-compartment sink at a DairyQueen that the pvc glue joints kept melting because they were using scalding hot water at that sink,I had to repipe it using multi purpose glue to keep glue from melting over time

When you're hard piping a commercial 3 Bay sink you want to go with 2" threaded brass. Make sure you grab some ball wick and get those joints tight and leak proof.
