Surprised we aren't asking the person responsible for these "articles" to post a proper intro. Doubt they qualify to post here.

I stopped reading these so called articles long ago and only read the comments now. It's very clear that the owners of the site are trying to appeal to DIY homeowners and not the members of the site.

DIY is allowed to read but not post. So technically speaking there is nothing wrong in posting articles for the DIY. By posting these articles not ment for members of the site. The owners degrade the value of the site as a site for professionals.

Those articles has made me feel like the owners are making this site into a plumbing version of their sister site DIY Zone. Every time I see one of these articles I come closer to leaving the site but you members make me stay as you post good things.

In the end the owners are slowly ruining this site and eventually enough key members will leave and that will cause the site to die off.

I'm only here because the only good option went down when the owner retired and moved to another country. Give me another forum that isn't schit and I will leave here in a heart beat.

Where else are we going to go? The ridgid forum, that's pretty dead AND the DIY ARE ALLOWED to post in there. I'm not interested in that. A private forum will fail. These articles are just there for s.e.o purposes typed in by someone who's trying to make a living too. The only way way for this forum to be profitable is from the peepers being solicited by the ads.
