Default Underground Grease Waste Pipe Material & Fitting Types

Hi All,

I have checked the code but would like to know what the preferred method for material and fittings for grease waste piping underground. I have a contractor asking if no-hub cast iron is acceptable but I would think hub and spigot would be a better installation for grease waste.

Thoughts?

Robbie
