Default Office Issues & Advise

Basically here is my issue, I have been put in charge of getting a plumbing office up to par. The issues that I am encountering is that there is not a flow chart of how things should go once you are awarded a job nor is there any ways currently set to track the job(s). Now I have the experience however, when you are playing catch up it is rather overwhelming, I am lost as to where to start. Any help or advice is welcomed. I am personally vested in this business now, so I have no choice but to make it work. HELLLPPP!!

I have assigned myself the job of asking you to look at the rules here about introducing yourself first.

That is some very good advice...

never show weakness in front of the employees,,, for if you do the Dirty Vultures will eat you down to the bone and leave nothing left

been there and experienced that
