Best Regards, thank you to all of the responders.
Any update on what you found out and what your plans are? Or are you just going to leave us hanging here?

Hi Dane,

I thought I'd make you sweat a little before telling.

So the short story is, I got a respons from one of my applications for a job.

The employer sent me an email, so I called the gentleman up. We spoke for a while on the phone and I ofered coming to US introducing myself to him and his company.

I booked a plane and hotel for the week after and went with my fiance for four days.

I don't want to go into detail what city / state for personal reasons.

So I met with the employer we spoke, he invited us to spend a few days with his family / friends and we also got one day to walk around town.

I showed me a little how his company operates and a little about their plumbing code, differes a little from the Swedish but nothing hard to adapt to in my opinion, smaller changes.

What's the next step I don't want to go into details, but if or when it's done I'll give all of the people interested an update.

Thank you

Sounds like you lined up a job offer and the employer is willing to sponsor you for a work visa. Good for you. I hope everything goes well with it.
