This one is from me : Write more than one or two lines, elaborate. Are you proud of your trade? Show it! Talk about the jobs you've done, the path you took to get where you're at as a trades person, the amount of time spent in plumbing school(s) or years before you were eligible to take the journeyman exam etc.

Now that said your intro is way too short and you don't even say what you do. We need to know your true title and until then you aren't going to get good answers and your posts will be locked. Don't be lazy with an intro like this and instead join the community and the guys will welcome you.

I would say welcome if I had any clue who you are or any hint that you are actually a plumber.
All I have now is the "new member introducing myself" (obviously as you only have 1 post) and the "plumber self employed"

I'm sitting here thinking if you would go in to a job interview and say "plumber, looking for work" and then sit there waiting for an answer to wether or not you got the job?

Like the others said, we will warmly welcome you after you give us an actual introduction (time, experience, license and other such information).
