Default This cartridge has me stumped

First time on here. Hoping to learn from everyones experience.
Can anyone identify this cartridge? Its in the bath of a little old lady that cant afford changing

Much of the time I don’t read the instructions first too. I always keep them on hand if I can’t figure out the answer on my own.

I feel subtle tonight....

It's the perfect candidate for the putty trick. Put some putty in there and it will seal up the leak.

I usually charge 150$ for that.
