It says per diem $100 a day, I think that's for hotel/food in addition to hourly wages.

per diem also can mean you get paid as a sub contractor not an employee, why give a per diem amount and not a salary amount?

DOOOOOh was the there an English lesson?????

Per diem (Latin for "per day" or "for each day") is a daily allowance for expenses—a specific amount of money an organization gives an individual, often an employee, per day to cover living expenses when traveling for work.

If you have actually worked in this industry for any amount of time you should know what Per Diem means, nontaxable daily expense allowance. Actually hourly pay is typically discussed in person or after you have been offered employment. Not in an ad on an internet site.
