Default Unbelievable work

A lot going on here. Kitchen remodel and found all this. 3" toilet drain runs down hits the cap on backwards side outlet tee and then goes down I guess. Side outlet of tee goes to a 2" tee(backwards again) which goes to shower and the side of we 45's up to feed a tee on its side and a master tub with no trap. There's so much wrong here and surprisingly when we pointed everything out to homeowner there only complaint was that they sometimes smell sewer gas in the summer time. Goes to show just about anything will work. Bad part was they didn't want to pay to fix it cause they say it all works fine.i did trap out the tub though.
