Default Working for Roto Corp

Been 2 months since Roto-Rooter Corp Bought our franchise. So many changes now. Like not allowed to do roof vents which I don't really mind. Not allowed to get into crawl spaces or attics because of confined space that need air movers & sniffers. Change from hourly to commison is big not sure how I feel about that but I've come from commission shops before so no big deal. Lost half our shop & alot of our commercial accounts due to their **** dispatchers. Who else has gone through this transition? Hoping it gets better when we finally go commission.

Start looking. The same thing happened to our local RR and a guy I know quite because of their BS. Don’t quit, ride it through, just keep your eyes and ears open.

I can understand the no roof thing because of liability and workmen’s comp, but not crawl spaces! That’s at least 25% of my work.

Hey, I could be wrong and you could do well. Good luck!
