This dolt has what looks like a water meter out to help fix the drain, Among some other useless items.
I didn’t even notice that, he also has a strange 3” side outlet basket strainer and a long rubber banana tube
Yep,
it looks like some IKEA quality stuff.

There also doesn’t appear to be any water supply or valve for the toilet.

I usually give people a best case scenerio and a worst case scenerio price. Usually ends up somewhere in the middle.
Or ill tell them to send me photos.

Most of the stuff in that article sounds like the big franchise companies, guys working for commision quoting b.w.v's at 5 grand lol

The one i found funny was " they might change the rotted out p-trap after an eel and charge extra" ...yeah im gunna put a rotted out chrome trap back on so it leaks everywhere.

So get this schit, a lot of the kitchen sinks in the europe have overflows
I actually saw one today, the sink was from italy. That one had american basket strainers but the tee for the c.o. waste kit had an attachment for that overflow hose.

I guess you're just as likely to leave the kitchen sink running as you are the lav. Probably more so since everyone fills pots with water for pasta but no one washes their hands after using the john.

To paraphrase Colin Ferrell in In Bruges, "I would wash my hands if I pissed on them. But, I don't, so I won't".
