Few months back they hit the sewer in two places and nicked a water line, water filled sewer with mud and flooded basement.

I manage a townhouse complex and we deal with Comcast constantly to get them to repair their open boxes, unburied lines and unprofessional work.

One of the renters (not even an owner) ordered an upgrade so Comcast without permission started digging up the lawn and running cable.

I tried to contact Comcast about it but the operators in the Philippines weren't any help. Of course the supervisor never called back.

So when the cable company came out I happened to drive by and got to throw their A**es off the property. I was nice enough about it, sorta.

I found a doozie today. Don't know what it is yet but it's a big one. It's half of the 4" cast iron pipe.

thats one of the new combo installs, the sewer line is the sleeve for the water line, keeps it protected and from freezing with all the waste water running around it..

Found this gem tonightThank you cable company!-uploadfromtaptalk1461117625104.jpg

Customer was not sure they needed a camera inspection as well as a drain cleaning.

3rd contractor in and they were pissed and happy they now have an answer as to why the sewer keeps plugging up.

I believe it is a stake for the foundation repair guys, could not get it out and just pounded it flush with the floor.
