Default Old brass shower handle plate not coming off

This is a pretty old brass two handle shower, the cold water handle is leaking water. I got the handle off but could not get the plate off. It is round and it does not have screws or anything to hold on. What is the brand and how to get it off? Thanks

Just keep the water shut off and then tap onto the cold water supply from the toilet, an extra long hose to rinse off in the tub.

Looks like a torch, chisel and hammer job to me. Are you a first year apprentice? Or is your master not doing his job?

You might want to ask your master before continuing asking here. If youíve caught sht on the job site before, you havenít seen anything yet!

My thoughts, again, are to find a new master and post an intro including your years in school/ojt, current license, the basics.

What’s up Big Perm, I mean Big Worm. I’d use a sawzall to remove what’s left.
