My old boss's dad had a 1949 Dodge van he worked out of in the 1950's and I remember he still had in the late 1990's the last time I stopped by his dad's place with him.

I still have the 1974 GMC step van I worked out of when I was an apprentice back in the 1980's. I bought it from my old boss's company in the 1990's and was my first plumbing truck I used when I started my own business. It hasn't run now in years, but I still have it!

I had the idea of getting a much older truck( no computer or crazy electronics to break) and doing a complete restoration and use that for work, the old looking truck would also be a sales tool..just ran out of time...but it was a thought...lol
