We recently picked some up from Trader Joes. Man, best grilled cheese sandwiches ever! (I can't cook real food)

Can't go back now.

Anybody smoking lately? I've got a pork butt going now. Made one last weekend and it was outstanding. Best pulled pork I've had anywhere. My briskets have been a big hit, but I'm not happy with them yet. A little dry IMO, but no one else seems to think so. I'm working on perfecting them.

It took me a couple hits and misses on brisket. Keep working at it. I'm thinking of smoking salmon this weekend. Always a big hit. But I have to grill some ribeyes along with it for a couple of my guys.

I'll be grilling tomorrow at my in laws. Just bought my father in law a stainless steel Weber natural gas grill. Steak, burgers, and dogs on the menu.
