LOL..my mom has a cat I have to help hold when the claws need trimming...problem is , its hard to control 4 paws with long sharp claws and my arms look like pin cushions when done...that cat can draw some blood, even with a heavy towel the cat finds any open spots and wammo those claws are embedded deep in...
not that I would declaw any animal, but now its illegal to declaw house cats in my state...and I think many others in the USA..

Try to find utube videos??

Luckily my cat is pretty calm about clipping her claws every 2-3 weeks. She tries to get out and wriggles and sometimes she doesn't mind at all. She usually calms down while my GF cuts them. If she tries to get out I grip the scruff on the neck not even tight she gets the point.

I usually try to cut claws in the afternoon when they are sleepy and she gets cat treats after.
