Unless it's football or baseball (or watch Trump's annual victory lap, also known as SOTU) I don't bother with tv . And no Facebook whatsoever.

I still take the wife out to dinner regularly, sometimes we just go have a drink or eat at a restaurant bar. I live between downtown Roswell and Alpharetta (both teeming with trendy restaurants).

I do have a Plumbing Zone problem though............

We go out often too. Grandma and grandpa are about 20 minutes away, of course that can be a double edge sword...

Have a brewery about three blocks away (owned by a former club member gone pro), two really good restaurants within two blocks.... lots of stuff around town.

Tomorrow is the rescheduled Valentines home brew club meeting, pairing chocolate and beer.

Interesting concept until you know those drivers who can't drive and park. It will fail when it starts to snow and an instant cluster Frack if you park a pick up or a van.

You know thatís funny! My cats, brother/sister, same litter but two dads, over 14yoís both have to get as close to my wifeís face as possible. The Tom is an A-hole and other than feeding him, giving him water and letting him in/out, thatís our relationship. I have more colorful names that arenít appropriate here.

Now my little princess, sheís on my lap anytime she can be.

My cat; sometimes when I get up the cat meows and needs to have that cuddling and rub under the chin thing. If not I can't go on PZ for long in the morning while the coffee is brewing, she scratches my leg and if I Ignore her she bites! I get myself a cup, go to the couch coffee in one hand and the cat goes into a tunnel with side holes and I have to play with the fish on a stick, the feather on a stick etc.

In the evening during dinner after the cat nap, more scratching my leg and meowing, more play then the cat jumps on the kitchen table to let me know she needs to go to the exterior catio. She doesn't care if I scold her climbing the table, she'll do it again and again.

When I bring her in after she's been exploring around she jumps on the arm stand, gotta put the xbox controller down, switch on the TV so she can cuddle up.

On the week end when it's time to go to bed the cat knows and runs in my bedroom where I can't catch her, just like a kid it's not bedtime yet but no way I'm going to let the cat run around and sleep in the bed during the night, I toss and turn too much. Day naps are okay.

This cat is smart!

Club meeting tonight. I attended the board meeting week before last, voliteered for the position of keeping track of membership, delayed one week because of bad weather. All renewing members including myself got a nice new paddle! Last month I received the award of most active new home brewer or something and received a canoo sized paddle! Tried to brew with it in a 10 gallon tun.... f that! Went back to my plastic paddle. Big paddle will be used for fire brew when we make 200 gallons of wort.

This paddle will be my new staple! Love it! Iím paddled up, much better than a spoon!

Next adventure is a yeast starter!
