One property management company I work for has had 5 tenants pass away in their apartment buildings since the first of the year. 4 apartment complexes, not sure how many units, but none of them are huge. I’d say the largest is around 100 units.

Also have a LL who’s fixing up his rentals to sell because of the cities greed. Just remodeled a house for him where his tenant was found dead.

Some of the deceased were found weeks after they passed when neighbors called and complained about the smell.

My father in law has found one brother and three good friends dead after not hearing from them.

P.S Second one from right to left it's made out of pine cone, resin and cocobolo wood.
