Default Phones went dead

Man I thought things where looking up finally last week things where plugging along the week before that I had more work than I could handle. This week the phone have been dead. I got all of two jobs this week. One of them was an hour and half drive for a outside clean out main line.

Even them pain in the arse maintenance companies are not calling... they haven't been paying either, I have a dozen or so jobs that are well beyond their 45 days till they pay period. The suppliers want their money, but I do not have any coming in.

And of course things get slow again when my lease is up on my place and I seriously wanted to by a home and stop renting for once. I found the perfect one too. Its 3 bedrooms unfinished basement, but here is the part I love a 4, yes a 4 car garage all for 90,900. But I talked to two banks already with my credit score and the judgment against me from the ex-wifes repoed car, they say they will not touch me with a 10 foot pole. I really just need to get my phone ringing again so I can just make enough cash to put more than half down.. or pay it in full.

Sorry guys.. just needed to vent/cry on a shoulder.

you will bounce back I'm sure your family has been doing it for years. Your company will survive . Just sucky times now.

I think 20% down on a home will get you approved no matter how bad your credit is.

Hold on buddy things will turn around

Every time I posted and complained about a slow down. Next day phone rang.

That sucks about the banks. They raised their standards for home loans now. I think it's a 750 fico score now. It used to be a 650 score. Good luck,

Try and keep up beat. Maybe knock on some doors for commercial accounts. I have found that if you at least do something, it's better than doing nothing. Heck, hang out in Lowes with your uniform on - maybe accidentally drop a few business cards too.

One of our competitors put flyers with a business card on all the offices in our complex. Can't believe how many of them blew away and disappeared in the breeze

Hope plumbing starts picking up for everyone!

You should have grabbed a marker and scribbled out their name and put yours in as under new management .

Thanks for the laugh Unclog. You made my day.

This competitor is huge so no one would buy that they are under new management, but I like the way you think.
