Default Ax Throwers?

I joined an Ax Throwing League recently, there is about 25 of us mixed male and female.
It pretty easy to learn, and a lot of fun. We get together once a week for about 3 hrs.

You basically throw a hatchet (1.25-1.75 lbs head- 16” max length wood handle), at a wooden target, with 3 rings, worth 1, 3, & 5, points plus 2 small 2” circles called a “clutch”, worth 7 points.
Each game, 2 players go head to head- 3 rounds throwing 5 times per round. Highest score wins, if there is a tie, you throw full size axe for points. The top players will go into finals, city/Provence/etc and potentially world wide.

Some of the more serious ppl have their own axes, costing up to $250! It seems kinda silly to spend money like that just to throw it wall and have it bounce around.
I got an axe at cheapo depot for $25.

Any other ax throwers here?

They have drinks at this place but I don’t drink if I’m driving, I’m usually driving..
But the real reason is there is single ladies..

I’d gladly call my self a pussy, While I’m getting pussy.
And if you want, I’ll throw an ax and see if you can catch it.
Either way I’ll buy you a drink OR call you an ambulance..

My bosses family made an ax throwing setup with two targets and a plywood surround. They usually keep it in their garage but it's not too bad to move. They have a couple estwing hatchets, they are really durable what with the solid steel tang and stacked leather handle. I was watching their animals a couple months back and got real good at throwing axes lolz.

Nothing.
You throw said ax(hatchet) from about 6-8 feet for the wooden target on the wall.
And that’s it.
