wax rings, closet bolts, fluid master ball cocks, Pvc traps, closet and lavi supplies and my drain machines. anything else I run and get. If I carried everything I could possibly need I would need to drive a 53' tractor trailer.

I always said, even if I were to drive a semi with a trailer.....I still wouldn't have "exactly" what I needed for THIS job.

What you will need and what someone else wil have will be different. Only you will know from experiance what you should have in your truck for your service area.

There are days when I need at least five or six fluid masters, wax rings and some flappers. then there are days when I need some six inch mechanical fittings. Today I needed 3, 1/14 traps, two full port 3/4" valves and a some burn cream. Don't reach over your hot work to solder something on the other side of it.
It veries.

They do. You can purchase a list from mr. Havac.com $599. and up. here is the web site if you are interested; http://www.mrhvac.com/products/software/plumb.htm

Every area is diffrent. You can make your own flat rate book within six months time for free. Just keep track of your inventory for the next six months. Then six months after that check your first inventory list with your 2 six month list and keep a journal for the next year of the diffrent jobs you have per day.
This should give you alot of data.

I'll let you in on one pro tip that alot of the guys on here won't tell you. And in fact Dunbar told me this in confidance. Always carry a couple of empty 1 litre Mountain Dew bottles. It will shave hours off of your week in bathroom pitstops.
