If people miss that then must read braille. I think it looks awesome.

IMO, you have some very sharp sighs, easy on the eyes, kinda soothing.

It looks the same as the average Joe's sign.

How long do you leave them in the people's yard?

How do you get people to let you leave it in the yard? I never tried it, because I was afraid people wouldn't want my sign in their yard.

I have 3 of mine left of the ten i bought. I have scored a few jobs from them. Next on my list is a door hanger that reads : "Ask your neighbor about all the unessacary **** we just sold them at outrages fees."

no really though, i am getting some doorhangers that read, "ask you neighbor about our fine quality service!"

I'm having a metal real estate style sign made that has a tube full of fridge magnets and/or brochures. This "permanent" sign will be put in the yard when I close the deal and will be pulled when the job is complete later. When I remove the permanent sign, I put one of the choroplas signs in to remain there untill the HO decides to remove it. Not all HO's will let me put the sign in the yard, but some will. On big jobs like repipes and solar heaters I usually throw the original HO a bone if they hook me up with another client.

All you can do is ask. What's the worst thing that can happen? They say no.

Nice sign but make the phone # at least as large as the rest of the text.
